Power Management Circuit Designer

To strengthen our international team, we are looking for Senior Power Management Circuit Designers.
Field of Activity
In this role, you will work on the design and development of Power Integrated Circuits and IPs. You will be part of a fast-growing R&D team developing analog and power integrated circuits using top-class IC technologies and simulation tools. You will start from the system level definition, then move to blocks specifications, and you will define circuit architectures and successful design/simulation strategies. You will also be part of a cross functional team of analog and digital design engineers having a wide variety of backgrounds.
Job Responsibilities
- Review systems specifications turning them into analog block specifications
- Identify circuit architectures to achieve optimal power, area and performance targets
- Supervise the layout to minimize parasitic effects, device mismatch, and process variation
- Define testing and lab characterization strategies
- Take active part into peer and customer reviews
Requirement/Profile
- Ph.D. with 3 years, or MSEE with 5 years of analog IC design experience;
- Hands-on design experience with power management ICs sub-circuits and topics including:
o switching power stages, high performance analog building block
o ESD strategies
o Power ICs layout parasitic effects mitigation - Knowledge of design for reliability (i.e. EM, IR, aging, etc.) concepts
- Ability to manage layout side effects (i.e. matching, stress, thermal)
- Proficient with tools for schematic entry, physical layout, and design verification
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
